US Elections

Today the world is celebrating a historic event: The first african-american President in the White House.

I don't remember an election ever getting so much interest here north of the border, or even south of the better. Voter turnout speaks for itself.

I was very impressed with McCain's concession speech. He was gracious and patriotic.

But I will admit - I cried when I watched THIS...

Today, despite not being an American, I'm damned proud of democracy.
